Purchase Options

Standard Purchase

Most products are available for immediate purchase and will be processed according to our Shipping Policy.

Pre-Order Purchase

Certain items may be offered as Pre-Order.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:

  • Payment is collected at the time your order is placed.
  • Production may not begin until after the pre-order period closes.
  • Your order will ship on or around the launch date displayed on the product page.
  • Estimated shipping dates are subject to change due to manufacturing or shipping delays.

If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you using the email address provided during checkout.

If we cancel your order after payment has been collected, you'll receive a full refund.

Order Changes

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request before your order enters processing or production.

Once production has begun or an order has shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Cancellation Policy

Standard Orders

Orders may be canceled for a full refund if they have not yet entered processing or been shipped.

Once an order has been processed for shipment, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our Returns & Exchanges Policy if eligible.

Pre-Orders

Because pre-order items are reserved specifically for you, cancellation requests are handled differently.

Pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not begun.

After this period, cancellations may not be possible because materials, manufacturing, or inventory allocation may already be underway.

If 43VER $OLID is unable to fulfill your pre-order, you will receive a full refund.

Refused or Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned due to:

  • An incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Refusal of delivery
  • Failure to claim the package

The customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Fraud Prevention

To protect both our customers and our business, we reserve the right to:

  • Verify billing information
  • Request identity confirmation
  • Cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity
  • Limit purchase quantities

Orders flagged for fraud may be delayed while verification is completed.

Refunds for Canceled Orders
